Who gets a jaywalking ticket in NYC? Well I almost did. The cop let me off the hook but wow. He literally hid behind a car and just stopped like 20 or so people. Gave about 15 of them tickets then the last 5 of us he said we got a warning and then he walked away. Close call. The question is: who doesn't jaywalk in NYC?
