so after sending my i-9 to 3 different people, i received an email saying the stipend check has been printed and will be sent to me. finally! i really need that money by the 7th so i can pay my rent. i mean i can cover rent but barely and i'd prefer not to do that.

going to new orleans tomorrow, i'll be back sunday. my first trip to the south, i'll let everyone know how that goes. i'm really excited about going, so i guess more updates and hopefully some pictures when i return.

my 8:30 am hearing today - the client didn't show up. at first i was so mad and embarassed because the judge was not amused by my client showing up without an explanation. then i found out my client is in the hospital (he has peptic ulcer problems) so then i felt bad for being mad. i hope he is ok...
