i feel like i have been so busy lately, even though i probably haven't been THAT busy. just lots of errands lately that fill all my free time. saw the brave one this weekend. interesting movie, i really liked it, the movie is smart, makes you think about a lot of what ifs. it does paint a pretty disturbing picture of NYC, especially the subway. but i guess they had to justify her being a vigilante and all.

i may have found a job, well i did find a job, i just need to find funding for said job. it's at a non-profit in new orleans and they are looking for a housing attorney, someone to not just be a lawyer but to help change this city, and in the department of housing this city definitely needs changing. so i'm applying for a few fellowships, hoping one of them approves me. i won't be bringing in the big bucks but i will be doing something i love and will have certain freedoms that most first year attorneys don't have. that's worth the pay cut.
