Lotus is in town visiting me. She is an old college friend. We lived in the dorms together my freshman year of college. Brings back such memories of the dorms, dorm food, frat parties, etc. I feel so old now. Those days seem so far away. It's hard to believe 7 years ago I was a freshman in college. Thinking I was cool for getting my friends into a frat party.

Lotus came at a good time. It's Mardi Gras here and I have today and tomorrow off of work. There are parades and festivals all over town. Tons to do!
